Effects of ergonomics intervention on work accidents in the construction sector and their effect on productivity

Construction services are one of the most important and strategic sectors supporting achievement development in Indonesia. Through this sector, Indonesia can experience stable economic growth. In 2020, accidents construction sector were highest cases compared to other sectors, with a death rate more than 60,000 annually. The role Occupational Health Safety (OHS) Management application its requirements when working at heights is crucial protect against dangers work due high risk. This study aims determine relationship between factors that affect their effect on Productivity moderated by ergonomics. research was conducted analyzing surveys from work-at-height workers 107 respondents projects Jakarta. data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based non-covariance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS).
